Project: Capacity-building and organizational development project: Train-the-Trainer
Title: "Train-the-Trainer: Resources and Strategies for Champion Trainers"
Role: Facilitator
Format: Virtual, Synchronous
Objective: As part of a capacity-building and organizational development contract with a financial empowerment center (FEC) based in New Orleans, LA, the training and development team developed a "train-the-trainer" curriculum geared toward developing the skills and competencies needed for social workers and financial coaches to facilitate financial literacy training to internal staff, as well as external service providers.
