Problem: As part of a shift to a new documentation system, learners must learn how to navigate through, and utilize the features and functionalities of a new web-based electronic health records system. This storyboard outlines an e-learning module.
Solution: Create a e-learning module that helps learners understand and use the new electronic health records system.

Professional Communication: Interactive Storyboard
Learners: Health Insurance Claims Representatives (call center environment)
Problem: As part of their New Hire Training curriculum, onboarding (inbound) representatives must demonstrate their ability to leverage their soft skills to resolve customer inquiries and/or complaints (grievances). "Soft Skills" for this project are described as "communicating professionally", "expressing empathy", "actively listening", and "taking ownership". This storyboard outlines the "Professional Communication" module. It is interactive (links included), mimicking the style of the module built in Articulate Storyline.
Solution: Create a module that helps learners to express professional communication in order to resolve the member's inquiry or complaint (grievance).
